Responsibility
- analysing and documenting proposed process changes and assessing the impact, risks and dependencies for wider systems and stakeholders
- presenting proposed process changes to wider stakeholders, gaining buy-in by working inclusively with them to identify benefits and mitigate risks/issues
- system testing and co-ordinating user acceptance testing for new functionality and upgrades
- investigating and scoping business requirements and identifying improvements to the system in consultation with HR teams and managers, modelling as-is and to-be processes
- promoting the adoption of new systems and processes by creating training materials and running sessions to communicate changes and benefits, gathering feedback and insight to inform future improvements
- coordinating data cleansing to conform to GDPR regulations
- supporting with configuration and implementation of process changes in the iTrent system, co-ordinating with stakeholders where there are dependencies for other users and systems
- writing basic reports on Business Objects . Presenting data in reports in an innovative and easy to understand way
