- providing business-as-usual Second and Third-line IT support to all sites and head-office users
- performing server administration, in line with business requirements and security needs . Contributing to IT projects, in line with business focus
- managing and supporting local and cloud services for availability
- familiarity with computer networking concepts, including LAN configurations and firewall management
- excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical information clearly to non-technical users
- experience working in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities effectively
- network knowledge, including management of firewall rules and Dell switches
- significant experience in supporting an IT infrastructure, both cloud and on prem
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with a keen attention to detail
