- this role is starting asap, working Mon to Fri up to 35 hours a week in an ongoing contract
- this position is fundamental to the provision of housing need assessment and allocations processes across the range of areas affecting vulnerable customers on the housing register, in temporary accommodation and who are being assisted into the private rented sector to prevent homelessness or discharge the housing duty
- this is a specialist role that requires extensive knowledge of the law relating to housing assessment and allocations around part VI of the Housing Act 1996 and the formulation of housing allocations schemes
