  • liaise via the phone, e-mail or at meetings with internal colleagues to discuss operational changes affecting EPoS and agree requirements
  • ensure tills are configured for optimum ease of use and speed of service
  • help to support new projects, system developments and various activities across the EPOS team and wider business
  • visit sites to gain user feedback
