  • to ensure that you and the team always work productively to ensure that targets are achieved

  • to identify any improvements on issues which are raised, and subsequently implement these corrective actions as and when required
  • installing large diameter subducts within carriageway duct routes
  • to be flexible and provide cover for other Supervisors as required
  • safe site set-ups in the carriageway, ensuring compliance with Safety at Street Works and Road works best practices and relevant legislation
