Responsibility

  • to provide fast, accurate and appropriate make-up and hair styling
  • to apply make-up; wash, blow dry and style hair; apply products and use specialist techniques to achieve the desired look
  • to be responsible for maintaining the continuity of the Presenters’ ‘look’ and to ensure the presenters are comfortable with their look
  • to ensure that all presenters and on-air talent have appropriate hair styling and make-up application completed in the allocated time prior to broadcast
  • to accompany presenters and guests on set and stand by during the programme, touching up make- up as required
  • to ensure that those appearing on-air are made up suitably, based on the look of channel and agreed look for individual presenters

site supervisor

Responsibility

  • line management responsibilities of a small team of security personnel, including but not limited to welfare, duty rotas and performance management
  • maintain compliance and consistency across security teams working closely with other security shift managers to ensuring a joint and cohesive approach

Requirements

  • experience of managing security teams
  • experience of managing or working in a supervisory capacity of a Security Control Room
  • experience of working in fast-paced media or similar security environment
  • experience of liaising with the Emergency Services
  • evidence of mid-level security qualifications
  • current SIA license including CCTV
  • SIA Close Protection preferred not essential
  • evidence of current First Aid skills
