- solid experience of 1st and 2nd Line Support with some 3rd Line preferable
- IT support: 3 years
Responsibility
- the role will suit someone who has been in 1st and 2nd Line Support for several years and ready to take the step up
- the ideal candidate will have a strong Server & Networking background and keen to grow with us and oversee the IT Infrastructure
- attention to detail is essential, you will be a car driver and be flexible for out of hours or site work if required
- provide Incident Manager role for P1 incidents ensuring service affecting issues are dealt with
- provide Problem Manager role for Problem Requests ensuring service affecting issues are dealt with
- create and maintain procedures for new and existing processes
- provide Project Management & Support
- ensure adequate team coverage and planning for any capacity issues including the flowing of calls / issues between desks to cover periods of absence / holiday
