Requirements
A strong foundation in application support with experience in a similar environment
experience of working within an ITIL framework to investigate and resolve incidents
build and maintain internal knowledge base to facilitate knowledge transfer across the support department
foster a culture of delivering high levels of customer satisfaction
potential to attend customer review meetings as required
ability to work and fault find natively within XML ,CSS and HTML
knowledge of SQL and experience in database management
knowledge of Content Management systems such as Scala and Xibo

Requirements

accreditation from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development or
A bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related business field
A minimum of 5 years’ experience in an HR role
A minimum 3 years’ experience in a management role
strong knowledge of UK, Northern Ireland, and US employment laws and HR best practices, and the ability to apply these to a variety of situations using a pragmatic and common-sense approach
