interior designer
Responsibility
- collaborate with the design team to create unique and functional design concepts, including furniture, materials, colors, and themes
- develop detailed sketches, design plans, and high-quality 3D visuals to effectively communicate design ideas
- work on space planning, ensuring layouts are practical and align with the project’s aesthetic and functional goals
- utilize ArchiCAD or CAD software, and Enscape to produce accurate drawings, layouts, and visual presentations for client review
- create and deliver mood boards, concept designs, and sample materials to support design concepts
- ensure design solutions are in line with the project’s timeline and budget
- maintain open communication with the team and participate in project meetings to provide updates and receive feedback
Requirements
- A degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
- previous experience working on large commercial projects
- knowledge of current design trends and an interest in developing new creative solutions
- CAD: 5 years
- experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in interior design, ideally with commercial or hospitality projects
- creative Skills: Strong eye for design, materials, color coordination, and the ability to produce detailed drawings and realistic visualizations
- technical Skills: Proficiency in creating accurate technical drawings, floor plans, and layouts
- communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to present design ideas clearly and confidently
