- as our clients first point of contact you will need to be confident and bright in dealing with queries, solving problems and adapting to different situations finding solutions
- you will be expected to work to a highest possible standard and go extra mile to ensure that the lab runs effectively and efficiently meeting our clients expectations
- this is a key role as you will be responsible for internal procedures working independently and as part of a team. This is a fast paced environment so you will be working with strict timelines and will need to have a natural attention to details
