Responsibility

  • the Deputy Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the facility
  • the ideal candidate must have a strong background in care and service, as well as management
  • manage staff time and labor costs
  • the Deputy Manager will also possess a strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • ensure quality patient care and service
  • develop and implement strategies to drive operational efficiencies
  • ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
  • maintain accurate financial records and monitor expenditures

Requirements

  • previous experience in health care or related field essentuial
  • demonstrated ability to plan, organize, coordinate and supervise others to provide outstanding patient care services
  • ability to plan and coordinate activities with other departments to meet organizational needs
  • demonstrated ability to plan and coordinate activities with other departments to meet organizational needs
  • diploma Level 5 in health and social care preferred
  • demonstrated ability to lead a team in a way that promotes skills and knowledge
  • ability to carrry out all tasks as determined by the homes manager
  • demonstrated ability to complete all essential notifications to giverning bodies
