the role requires the successful applicant to work Monday to Friday with the flexibility to remain available for special events that may arise on a weekend and or an evening
the successful applicant will be responsible for promoting resident social inclusion as part of a group and as specifically appointed individuals one-one time
the successful applicant will be responsible for tailoring all activities to meet the needs of individuals as well as being confident to include residents families/friends/advocates in discussions/meetings and activities
