Requirements

  • hourly rate starts at £10.50 up to £13 per hour with weekend and bank holiday uplifts
  • alongside a commitment to keeping the people we support at the centre of everything, Senior Support Workers should hold a diploma in Health and Social Care Level 2, and be willing to working towards Level 3 while in post
  • you be able to do shift work and some weekend and do sleep-in duties. You'll be given supernumerary hours to carry out admin tasks as required
  • support work: 2 years
  • since you’ll be supporting others to get out and about in the community, it’s important that you can drive and are able to use your vehicle for work
