  • prepare our concept items according to the specified recipes and instructions
  • ensure that all food items are cooked to the appropriate temperature and that they are prepared promptly
  • ensure that all the necessary equipment and ingredients are available before starting the preparation
  • maintain a clean and organized workstation at all times
  • ensure that all food safety and hygiene standards are followed at all times
  • create dishes with a creative flair and ensure that all dishes are presented beautifully
