VINTAGE TEA & COFFEE CO is looking for employees for positions:
- imagine a romantic Parisian Steak House, with a simple fixed-price menu
- open for lunch and supper complimented with a beautiful bar serving until 1 am
- we are looking for experienced and passionate bartender to join us for a new restaurant concept in the heart of Cardiff, Maison de Boeuf
- experience is preferred
- must be able to work nights shifts
- prepare our concept items according to the specified recipes and instructions
- ensure that all food items are cooked to the appropriate temperature and that they are prepared promptly
- ensure that all the necessary equipment and ingredients are available before starting the preparation
- maintain a clean and organized workstation at all times
- ensure that all food safety and hygiene standards are followed at all times
- create dishes with a creative flair and ensure that all dishes are presented beautifully
- monitor the quality of food and ingredients to ensure they meet the desired standards
- must be able to work nights shifts
- must have previous kitchen experience
