Responsibility
- responsible for the commercial management of £13M worth of civils work along the Wednesbury to Brierley Hill tram route
- maintain subcontract procurement schedule
- works include construction of new road, retaining walls, track lay and installation of new street lighting and traffic signal controls systems

- producing cost forecasts, accrual reports and monthly project progress review reports
- administration and valuation of contract change / compensation events
- possess strong commercial negotiation skills and experience of managing and leading a team to achieve multiple objectives

- the Project Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for the management and recording of changes including submission and agreement of early warning notices compensation events and quotations

- previous heavy civils experience
