VERY GROUP HOLDINGS is looking for employees for positions:

manager

Responsibility

  • preparing final drafts of quarterly reporting documents including bondholder presentations and supporting Q&A documents
  • preparing final drafts of reports and presentations for other external parties
  • preparing final drafts of strategic report sections of our annual report
  • drafting responses to external questions and requests for further analysis, ensuring appropriate tone of voice and consistency of messaging
  • our Investor Relations team manages the flow of timely and relevant information between The Very Group and a range of external financial stakeholders, including, but not limited to, our shareholder, bondholders, banks, credit insurers, and rating agencies
  • providing financial information for press releases, working closely with External Communications in the preparation of announcements.Responding to requests from External Communications for financial information on the business for external audiences
  • this will include regular reporting as well as ad hoc elements such as corporate project work and requests for additional analysis

Requirements

  • qualified accountant or a demonstrable strong background in finance
  • technical ability, a strong aptitude for analytical work and attention to detail
  • strong written and verbal communications skills
  • demonstrable experience in writing reports/presentations
  • commercial acumen to deal with complex issues with experience in evaluating financial performance for sizeable organisations
