Responsibility
- the right candidate must be calm, organised and excellent with time keeping
- the position will include some reception work alongside
- we are looking for an enthusiastic and compassionate Dental Nurse to join our team. The practice is family run with a very friendly team committed to helping each other and striving for excellent patient care
- ideally we are looking for a qualified nurse, or someone already on a dental nursing course. However, training will be considered for the right person - this would include you taking a level 3 diploma in Dental Nursing
- prepare the dental room for the day
- prepare and sterilise dental instruments and equipment
Requirements
- excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- ability to work well in a team environment
- knowledge of record keeping
- familiarity with taking and developing dental X-rays
- understanding of infection control protocols and sterilisation techniques
