overseeing and supporting the wider risk management and compliance framework
establishing and maintaining appropriate risk-based monitoring processes
ensuring robust and effective controls are in place through policies, systems and controls, processes and procedures to meet all applicable statutory, regulatory and industry requirements
educating staff to ensure appropriate understanding of regulatory requirements and impacts of non-compliance and embedding a healthy compliance culture throughout the business
