We provide efficient, safe, and easy ways for people to travel, combining the knowledge of experienced local driver partners with advanced consumer technology to make amazing journeys happen across the UK, every day.Key responsibilities:Partner with line mangers and key stakeholders across the Veezu group to provide both strategic and operational guidance as well as effectively deliver on a full range of HR initiatives from day-to-day activities through to a full spectrum of projects;Provide HR expertise on people issues in TUPE, disciplinary, grievance, attendance management, performance, recruitment and restructuring processes, providing advice and guidance to the business ensuring best practice and legal compliance;Lead on complex ER case work across the group and provide pragmatic guidance leading to fairness and transparency of decision making;Lead and drive strategic and operational HR projects across all areas of the business often working directly with our Executive team and Senior Management teams.Endorsing Veezu’s Go-Achieve programme open for all our colleagues which actively supports growth and development across the Veezu group, supporting both individual and team performance.Embed a culture of coaching amongst managers to enable them to get the best out of their people which in turn, brings out the best of VeezuEnsurin
