Responsibility
- you’ll liaise with all parties involved including client driver, TP driver, relevant insurance companies, witnesses, and any other applicable parties
- you’ll oversee and manage debt recovery for any complex or old claims over 60 days
- you’ll manage and oversee the management of location fleet
- you’ll ensure all claims are handled efficiently from our claims handling system
- you’ll recommend where possible solicitors to clients
- you’ll manage key relationships, including those with external customers and business partners as well as the various internal departments with which you will work closely
- you’ll take calls from drivers and insurers to provide and provide a positive resolution
- you’ll providing a high-quality customer service, with an awareness and understanding of customer requirements
