Responsibility

  • you’ll liaise with all parties involved including client driver, TP driver, relevant insurance companies, witnesses, and any other applicable parties
  • you’ll oversee and manage debt recovery for any complex or old claims over 60 days
  • you’ll manage and oversee the management of location fleet
  • you’ll ensure all claims are handled efficiently from our claims handling system
  • you’ll recommend where possible solicitors to clients
  • you’ll manage key relationships, including those with external customers and business partners as well as the various internal departments with which you will work closely
  • you’ll take calls from drivers and insurers to provide and provide a positive resolution
  • you’ll providing a high-quality customer service, with an awareness and understanding of customer requirements

Responsibility

  • you’ll maintain a great relationship with both internal and external customers, forming strong relationships with both colleagues and customers
  • you’ll assist the fleet department with any queries and administration activities relating to fleet vehicles
  • you’ll deal with all penalty notices received and take necessary action to resolve
  • you’ll liaise with all parties involved including the client driver, TP driver, relevant insurance companies, witnesses, and any other applicable parties
  • you’ll operate within the confines of the agreed personal delegated claims authority as defined
  • you’ll deal with on- and off-hires where necessary and carry out all necessary vehicles checks
  • you’ll keep accurate records and ensure they are uploaded into the system
  • you’ll provide a high quality of customer service to all times to our customers, Driver Partners and employees across the group
