  • act as Duty Manager for the park district in absence of Manager as per rota when required
  • you have a duty to safeguard your own health and safety and that of your colleagues, customers and visitors. You also have a duty to co-operate with Management to enable it to comply with its health and safety duties
  • deal effectively and efficiently with customer comments whilst following company guidelines

food and beverage supervisor

  • manage cash and payment systems in accordance with company procedures and policies
  • you have a duty to safeguard your own health and safety and that of your colleagues, customers and visitors. You also have a duty to co-operate with Management to enable it to comply with its health and safety duties
  • complete weekly payroll forecast and monitor against daily actuals – action as necessary
  • act as Duty Manager for the park district in absence of Manager as per rota when required
  • complete weekly food stock takes, report on results and take appropriate action
