  • matching purchase invoices to purchase orders
  • preparation of mid-month and end of month supplier payment runs in multi currencies
  • assist with monthly process of credit card transactions
  • other tasks as required by the Finance Manager

Requirements

  • minimum of 2 years’ experience working within an accounts team
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to establish and build professional relationships quickly
  • high level of integrity and confidentiality
  • ability to manage own workload and prioritise activity accordingly
