Responsibility

  • ensuring the correct item is picked, packed and posted in the most cost effective way
  • ensure high levels of cleanliness are consistently maintained across the stock and the department
  • demonstrate competency using IT equipment on a daily basis
  • this role will include using devices and computers through the process of selection and distribution of sold items
  • ensure items are packed and dispatched in a timely fashion to deliver customer satisfaction working within weight and size restrictions for couriers
  • you will need to have the ability to learn bespoke software solutions and use these to effectively carry out this role
  • work with your manager to find effective and efficient storage and selection processes that allow for speed and accuracy when selecting and packing items
