Responsibility

  • it is essential that the candidate has previous barista experience
  • the staff member will be charismatic, polite, friendly and is able to work in a small team as well as indepentently
  • there would also be an opportunity for the candidate to meet and greet our guests at Urban Stays, above Urban Lounge
  • we expect a high standard of service, with the candidate showing excellent attention to detail in what is served and offered
  • there will be opportunities to develop skills in different areas of the business, including training opportunities in areas of interest/ expertise
  • the day to day running of Urban Lounge, from stock checks to cleaning is also required
  • this is an exciting opportunity where the successful candidate will be involved with the functioning of Urban Lounge, which will include preparing and serving drinks, delivering food to tables, and providing outstanding customer service
  • A level 2 qualification in Food Hygeine will be desirable
