Requirements
passion for specialty coffee with a strong knowledge of brewing techniques, coffee origins, and flavour profiles
proficiency in espresso extraction, including grind adjustment, dosing, and tamping techniques
skill in creating and pouring latte art designs, showcasing attention to detail and craftsmanship
proven leadership abilities with a track record of effectively managing and developing a team
exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour
excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
previous experience in the specialty coffee industry or a similar managerial role is essential, demonstrating a deep understanding of specialty coffee and its culture
strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make sound decisions under pressure
