Responsibility

  • manage all keys deposited at the Lodge by residents/leaseholders, ensuring they are kept securely and only issued in accordance with procedures. Regularly check the keys against the record sheets. Keep key cabinet tidy at all times

  • A Maintenance Operative is required for a residential block in SW1 area. This will be a full-time position

  • ● Assist residents and colleagues with queries, escalating problems to the Estate Manager for any maintenance work that requires external contractors
  • ● Carry out planned, preventative, proactive and reactive maintenance work with reference to any PPM schedule in use
  • ● Undertake waste removal to the road and returns bins to relevant stores
