- be responsible for networking and advertising to promote the company to potential candidates
- sourcing therapists through Job Boards/ Adverts/ social media/ Referrals
- write and update all job description and advertising them on sourcing portals
- headhunt and recruit specialist roles at different levels
- work closely with the COO to develop a national and international recruitment strategy in line with the overall business strategy
Requirements
- minimum three years experience in recruitment
- healthcare or Speech Therapy recruitment experience is highly desirable
- comfortable in a KPI and target driven environment
- able to demonstrate strong negotiation and persuasion techniques
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- familiarity with social media management for recruitment purposes
- excellent interpersonal skills
- ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
