office manager

Responsibility

  • working alongside the senior team to project management any refurb / office move or related tasks
  • we are UNLIMITED, an award-wining integrated digital agency group, and we are looking for a new office manager to join our busy London office
  • monitoring office spend against assigned budgets and make cost savings where possible
  • our Office Manager plays a critical role within our team. The role requires an energetic, fast-thinking and solution-oriented individual with broad-ranging admin/office management experience, ideally from a similar Agency environment
  • third party supplier management
  • this role will manage a range of operational and administrative tasks within the London office and across the Group, ensuring the smooth and effective running of the office and front of house function
  • ensure there’s a process-driven front of house function and line manage the receptionist accordingly
  • please note this is an initial 3 month fixed term contract and you will be needed in our London office 5 times a week

Requirements

  • be highly proactive, a multitasker and detail oriented
  • you are able to prioritise your workload effectively and are a self-starter that can work with minimal supervision
  • willing to ‘get stuck in’ with even the most basic administrative tasks or ad hoc projects/tasks

  • getting the right people into the tender process
  • managing our knowledge bank of company information – Updating with our questions and reviewing the answers as we create them etc
  • creating timing plans and driving them forward
  • building relationships internally
  • keeping across pitch budgets and making sure processes are in hand e.g. research is briefed in etc
  • helping to coordinate specific Government processes e.g. monthly reporting
  • beyond that they will do anything and everything to help the team succeed

  • have exceptional organisation skills
  • must show initiative and want to be a step ahead
  • be ambitious
  • want to learn
