- the role
- campus Division is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide professional executive and administrative support to the Director of Campus Operations
- the role holder will need expert knowledge in a range of IT systems, and where possible, previous knowledge of Facilities Management
- the role holder will be a key member of the Campus Executive Assistant team, providing the Campus Division Leadership Team with high-level and proactive executive support
- the Executive Assistant will need to be a strong team player, whilst also exhibiting tact, flexibility, discretion and maintaining a high level of confidentiality
- independence and initiative will be required to react to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment, with the confidence to make decisions within their own remit
