proven track record in a front-of-house or concierge role within a high-end commercial environment
understanding of facilities, property management, and service delivery standards

familiarity with compliance systems, CAFM platforms, and contractor management
strong organisational abilities with attention to detail and the ability to multitask under pressure

Contract type
foster strong working relationships with customers, understanding their needs and responding to service requests promptly
coordinate with contractors and service providers, ensuring quality, compliance, and minimal disruption to tenants
manage and monitor contractor activity on site, including issuing and controlling Permits to Work

Responsibility
maintain accurate site documentation, compliance records, incident reports, and asset logs
monitor compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards in line with Unity policies and statutory obligations
administer and control the building’s key and access systems, including fob issuance and logging
conduct regular, detailed site and property inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and presentation are maintained
provide ad hoc administrative support to the FM team and contribute to continuous service improvements
deliver high quality service at all times, ensuring all queries and concerns are resolved efficiently and discreetly
maintenance operative
Responsibility

perform regular building inspections to identify and address minor repairs or maintenance issues. Where practical, undertake minor repairs yourself
respond to ad hoc maintenance requests across the portfolio from the Head of Facilities Management, ensuring issues are dealt with promptly and professionally

undertake other responsibilities as directed by the Head of Facilities Management in line with the needs of the business
utility Meter Readings
accurately record and report utility meter readings for multiple sites on
Requirements
background in painting and decorating
practical, hands-on approach with general building maintenance experience
comfortable working independently across different sites in Central London
good communication and interpersonal skills for dealing with tenants and contractors
organised, punctual, and committed to high standards of workmanship. Willing to go the ‘extra mile’
