Contract type

Responsibility

Responsibility

  • respond to ad hoc maintenance requests across the portfolio from the Head of Facilities Management, ensuring issues are dealt with promptly and professionally

  • comfortable working independently across different sites in Central London
  • good communication and interpersonal skills for dealing with tenants and contractors
