- maintaining up to date and accurate data in Core HR, including the document management
- provide systems training to the stakeholders where required
- assist the HR team in preparation of the processes and documentation associated with the new system, including the ATS, Appraisal module and the additional Learning Management System
- drive data accuracy and consistency to ensure the business is able to make clear data led decisions which will involve building a broad portfolio of reports
