  • digitalise company wide processes that increase accountability, accuracy and efficiency
  • maintaining up to date and accurate data in Core HR, including the document management
  • provide systems training to the stakeholders where required
  • assist the HR team in preparation of the processes and documentation associated with the new system, including the ATS, Appraisal module and the additional Learning Management System
