  • to follow the clients’ care and support plan
  • listening and responding appropriately to client needs and any changes
  • reporting any safeguarding concerns
  • to assist the client in maintaining their personal care and hygiene
  • preparing balanced and nutritional meals for the client
  • accompanying client to appointments and activities
  • assisting the client with medication in accordance with care plan
  • liaising and cooperating with colleagues and attending team meetings
