- first point of contact for requests of Slide/Blocks material
- deal with Caris Oncotype requests
- deal with requests for Internal MDT meetings
- ordering material from Cellnass
- dealing with urgent requests for histopathology material –getting familiar with the filing system so that the requests are dealt with as quickly as possible
- using royal mail or a courier service to send packages containing pathology material. – Method is dependant on how urgent the request is
- prioritising requests as some are more urgent than others. This is so that all requests are dealt with efficiently and complaints are prevented
