- acting as the main point of contact to clients in handling design-related questions
- building relationships with clients and ensuring high-quality of creative work across the agency
- working with other Graphic Designers to improve internal design processes & quality of work
- leading workshops & training for the wider design team
- developing the hiring process and leading decision-making on new hires in the design team
