- undertake a wide range of electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs
- conduct Electrical Installation Condition Reports and fault finding
- work on low voltage systems
- ensure all work complies with current regulations
- complete all necessary documentation accurately and on time
- liaise with clients and other team members professionally
- recognized Approved Electrician status
- current qualifications in EICR and LV systems
- full UK driving license
- ability to travel to various sites, including occasional overnight stays
- strong problem-solving skills and a good work ethic
- electrical : 5 years
- previous experience in real estate or a related field
- strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- excellent administrative abilities to handle documentation and client communications effectively
- multilingual capabilities are an advantage, enabling communication with a diverse clientele
- proven ability to communicate clearly and persuasively in both written and verbal forms
- manage administrative tasks such as maintaining client records, scheduling appointments, and coordinating paperwork
