Responsibility
- the Senior I&C Engineer will provide I&C engineering support to Ultra projects
- it's the 'innovating' and 'empowering' values that we ASPIRE to be
- supporting the I&C/systems engineering aspects of projects
- work with customers and other stakeholders to develop technical solutions within a nuclear instrumentation and controls environment
- overview of Business Unit
- drafting and estimating the I&C/systems engineering aspects of bid work
- applying appropriate systems engineering practice on projects
- we develop sensors and instrumentation and control solutions for harsh environments and mission critical applications when safety and reliability matter
Requirements
- ability to communicate effectively across a broad range of technical and business disciplines within industry
- systems integration experience
- degree qualified engineer, preferably in electrical/electronic or control engineering
- ability to work with multiple tasks, set priorities and make decisions
- chartered or Incorporated Engineer with membership of a relevant institution would be an advantage
- good presentation, oral and written communication skills
- experience of I&C and systems engineering or design and in a safety regulated industry
- familiarity with the ONR SAPs and TAGs would be an advantage
