Responsibility
- ● Investigate and take appropriate action on reports of suspicious adverts
- ●To provide exceptional customer service within a fast-paced and customer-focused environment
- ● Provide information and advice to other departments and customers in relation to scam detection
- ●To answer all UK and US customer enquiries by phone and email
- ● Assist in developing, monitoring, and implementing processes to aid scam detection and prevent future instances
- ● Maintain information records and collate data to aid future investigations
- ●To help maintain site security and quality through site moderation and scam detection
- ● Ensure advert content including photos and videos meets the terms and conditions of the website
Requirements
- ●A strong customer focus with the ability to deliver great customer service, both individually and as part of a team

- ●Experience in a web-based company. Customer Service. Experience in Web or IT Customer Service would be beneficial
