  • we are currently recruiting for a Dental Practice Manager, for our state of the art, award winning dental practice in Reading town centre
  • knowledge of SOE / EXTRA software is required
  • they are usually visiting us every few weeks over the course of 1-2 years, and we are looking for a warm natured, intelligent and diligent candidate to join our growing team

Responsibility

  • provide high-quality chairside assistance to dentists and therapists during all clinical procedures
  • maintain a clean, safe, and well-prepared surgery in accordance with infection control and health & safety protocols
  • accurately update and maintain patient records, including charting and medical histories
  • prepare and sterilise instruments and equipment following cross-infection protocols
  • ensure the correct handling of radiographs in line with IR R and IRR regulations
  • support patient comfort and care, including assisting in emergencies and communicating sensitively with patients of all backgrounds
  • assist with stock control, ordering materials, and ensuring availability of clinical supplies
  • liaise with dental laboratories to manage timely dispatch and receipt of lab work
