this is a full time, permanent role

applicants must have previous dental experience in a managerial or supervisory capacity with a clinical / dental nursing background
we are a private practice and welcome applicants with both NHS and Private experience
we are currently recruiting for a Dental Practice Manager, for our state of the art, award winning dental practice in Reading town centre
knowledge of SOE / EXTRA software is required
they are usually visiting us every few weeks over the course of 1-2 years, and we are looking for a warm natured, intelligent and diligent candidate to join our growing team

Responsibility
provide high-quality chairside assistance to dentists and therapists during all clinical procedures
maintain a clean, safe, and well-prepared surgery in accordance with infection control and health & safety protocols
accurately update and maintain patient records, including charting and medical histories
prepare and sterilise instruments and equipment following cross-infection protocols
ensure the correct handling of radiographs in line with IR R and IRR regulations
support patient comfort and care, including assisting in emergencies and communicating sensitively with patients of all backgrounds
assist with stock control, ordering materials, and ensuring availability of clinical supplies
liaise with dental laboratories to manage timely dispatch and receipt of lab work
