Requirements
experience working as a PA at Director level, ideally working for more than one Director
experience working in an operational role within a related complex and pressured environment
customer service skills in dealing with both internal and external customers through resolution of queries and complaints
experience of task prioritisation to business needs
exceptional planning and organising skills
knowledge of the Utilities/Customer Service or HR industry an advantage
aptitude
focus on problem resolution
