- install and maintain heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in commercial properties
- conduct regular inspections and troubleshooting of HVAC equipment to ensure optimal performance
- repair or replace defective components and equipment as needed
- read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings related to HVAC systems
- provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and ensuring satisfaction with services provided
- collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively
- proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role
- strong mechanical knowledge related to HVAC systems and equipment
- ability to read schematics and technical drawings accurately
- excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- good communication skills for interacting with clients and team members including apprentices
- leadership experience is a plus but not required
