- ensure seamless service, exceptional quality, and adherence to brand standards

- optimize overall restaurant performance and profitability
- establish and maintain operational policies, procedures, and guidelines
- recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team of restaurant staff

Requirements
- bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field
- minimum of 3 years of proven experience in restaurant operations management
- strong understanding of front-of-house and back-of-house processes, supply chain management, and financial analysis

- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
