Requirements

  • excellent understanding of Excel and other Microsoft applications

  • we are a HMO Developer in Manchester and we operate within the North West
  • this position does not require past experience working in the industry but this would be highly beneficial
  • we provide HMO Investment opportunities to our clients and delivery HMO Conversions turning 2/3 bedroom properties into 5/6 bedroom all ensuite HMO Properties
