Requirements
- excellent understanding of Excel and other Microsoft applications
- our firm is seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor / Project Manager for our construction projects
- good Mathematical knowledge
- we are a HMO Developer in Manchester and we operate within the North West
- this position does not require past experience working in the industry but this would be highly beneficial
- we provide HMO Investment opportunities to our clients and delivery HMO Conversions turning 2/3 bedroom properties into 5/6 bedroom all ensuite HMO Properties
- the successful candidate will be responsible for accurately measuring and recording the dimensions of our construction projects, as well as the materials used
