Requirements

  • proven experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred but not essential

  • basic maths skills for handling cash transactions and calculating totals
  • knowledge of food safety practices is essential to maintain hygiene standards
  • ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • excellent communication skills with a friendly disposition towards customers
  • A willingness to learn about different coffee varieties and preparation techniques
  • flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as required
