  • 3 days per week onsite, 2 days flexible
  • work as part of the design team reporting to the Design Director
  • flesh out the game concept and design game features, working closely with the Design Director and other stakeholders
  • communicate the project design and vision to the team. Make sure everyone understands how their work fits into the bigger picture
  • create documentation for use by the team and as deliverables for key milestones
  • identify key systems to be prototyped, and work with programmers to iterate on these prototypes to help develop our understanding of the game
  • work closely with the production team and management to map out the scope of the project, help with scheduling, and drive the monthly goals for the team

Requirements

  • provide coaching and guidance to studio operations team as required
  • assist with ongoing review of policies and communications to ensure they are compliant and aligned with business and commercial goals across the whole company

Requirements

  • CIPD Qualified

head of marketing

Responsibility

  • define, build, and lead the Brand organisation, coordinating brand strategy across Marketing, PR, and Community
  • build, execute, and maintain a 5-year strategy for the Two Point brand, driving stakeholder agreement
  • participate in defining the long-term product and IP growth roadmap across all platforms
  • line manage existing community managers and help define the future growth of the team
  • lead research, to understand the brand, consumer, segmentation, and sentiment to better inform future products and transmedia/IP strategy
  • research and understand genre, market, competitors, and areas of opportunity to inform future products
  • define marketing goals, KPI’s and activation with SEGA publishing teamsMarketing including, but not limited to product positioning, target audiences, market sizing, regional marketing plan etc
  • support the SEGA Publishing teams in activating against the Go To Market Plan for all products with high quality branded assets and content

Requirements
