  • as we continue to grow we are looking to recruit an experienced Pastry Production Manager to join our team
  • as a Pastry Production Manager you will be responsible for maintaining our hand made artisan quality production on a larger scale, driving efficiencies through volume, batching up recipes and reviewing current equipment and procedures and amanaging a team of 20 pastry chefs
