- twickel Dental in Much Wenlock is a family-oriented dental practice and we currently have a full time opening for a qualified Dental Nurse/Receptionist to join our team
- the practice is well established with a loyal patient base, is well equipped and offers a range of dental services, both NHS and private
- preparing and maintaining the dental equipment, instruments and materials within a dental surgery
Requirements
- be empathetic to patient needs, particularly young children, and nervous parents
- be empathetic to patient needs and provide excellent customer service
- provide tailored customer services that exceeds their expectations
- to work well in a team and assist team members when required
- to work in a team and assist colleagues, as and when, required
- provide relief reception duties when required
- provide relief reception duties in line with practice needs
- be an excellent communicator
