Requirements
- bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, Business Administration, or related field
- strong understanding of Agile development methodologies and frameworks
- experience with software development lifecycles, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment
- familiarity with project management tools
- certified Scrum Master or Certified Scrum Product Owner
- experience with Agile project management tools and frameworks
- strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues related to software development and business requirements
- excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to lead and motivate teams
Responsibility
- as a Agile Business Analyst, you will be responsible for the following
- facilitate daily scrum meetings, sprint planning, sprint review, and retrospective meetings
- ensure that the development team is following Agile development processes and methodologies
- remove any impediments or roadblocks that may be hindering the development team's progress
- track and report on team progress, velocity, and burn-down
- gather and document business requirements from stakeholders
- create user stories and acceptance criteria for the development team to implement
- work with the development team to ensure that software features meet business requirements
