Requirements

  • bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, Business Administration, or related field
  • strong understanding of Agile development methodologies and frameworks
  • experience with software development lifecycles, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment
  • familiarity with project management tools
  • certified Scrum Master or Certified Scrum Product Owner
  • experience with Agile project management tools and frameworks
  • strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues related to software development and business requirements
  • excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to lead and motivate teams

Responsibility

  • as a Agile Business Analyst, you will be responsible for the following
  • facilitate daily scrum meetings, sprint planning, sprint review, and retrospective meetings
  • ensure that the development team is following Agile development processes and methodologies
  • remove any impediments or roadblocks that may be hindering the development team's progress
  • track and report on team progress, velocity, and burn-down
  • gather and document business requirements from stakeholders
  • create user stories and acceptance criteria for the development team to implement
  • work with the development team to ensure that software features meet business requirements
