  • manage off-boarding and exit interviews
  • review and implement new policies and procedures
  • be the first point of contact for all HR queries
  • lead recruitment initiatives and support the hiring managers with the creation of job descriptions
  • deal with employee relations matters including absence management, performance management and disciplinary cases as they arise
