TRUSTID is looking for employees for positions:
- manage off-boarding and exit interviews
- review and implement new policies and procedures
- be the first point of contact for all HR queries
- lead recruitment initiatives and support the hiring managers with the creation of job descriptions
- deal with employee relations matters including absence management, performance management and disciplinary cases as they arise
- timely and effective collection of all debts and client payments
- providing accounts information to internal departments and producing reports on overdue debt
- ensure client's invoices are clear for payment
- experience in customer handling/complaints desirable
- experience in administration/office role desirable
- able to provide effective support and advice by email/telephone to customers
- confident and professional telephone manner
- keen to learn and progress with in the role
