Requirements

  • role
  • experience leading teams, though this may be the first role where you take on formal line management
  • A desire to grow with us, and take on more management responsibility as we scale
  • previous experience as a decision-maker in hiring processes
  • understanding and enthusiasm for agile working
  • you've previously held a senior-level role as an engineer working in Python Django
  • writing code
  • you must live in the UK and have the right to work here

Requirements

  • CIPD level 5 or equivalent experience
  • proven experience in HR administration and employee lifecycle management
  • strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • familiarity with HR systems and software
  • policy Development
  • develop and update HR policies and procedures to ensure robust compliance aligned with ACAS and CIPD regulations and best practice
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • contribute to the continuous development of the employee handbook to communicate company policies, procedures and drive our culture
