- excellent organisational skills, including; prioritising tasks and change / manipulate routes at short notice

Responsibility
- briefing & Debriefing Drivers ensuring they get correct and full information for services / deliveries / collections
- allocating new business and removing lost business
- monitor driver performance including reviewing tracker information, dealing with absence and driver 121's as and when required
