About you… The successful candidate will : Have a high level of administration experience. Able to work under pressure and manager their own workload to meet deadline. Excellent IT Skills across MS office. Able to communicate effectively with a wide range of organisations and people. Providing a customer focus service. Good attention to detail, organisational skills and excellent record keeping. Knowledge of fleet practices Problem solving skills with a proactive approach. Ability to work confidentially within the role. What you’ll do… You’ll be ensuring Trivallis’ fleet of vehicles are maintained, repaired, and serviced in accordance with legislation to assist the workforce in delivering an effective, efficient service to its customers. What you’ll be responsible for… Scheduling service inspections, planning and managing the vehicle maintenance calendar for repairs, MOTs, and servicing in consultation with the operational teams. Administrating and communicating appointments to staff and supervisors. Administering the driver daily vehicle checks data system. Identifying any faults, defects or damage to vehicles which has been reported by staff through the vehicle

What you will be responsible for… The main duties of this role are to provide administrative support to the SAFE Support Service, processing referrals from the single point of access for the team and delivering excellent customer service for people enquiring about the SAFE support service. You will contact referring agencies, answer telephone calls, support to manage the SAFE email inbox and deal with service enquiries. You will help produce regular monitoring reports for the service as advised by the service manager. You will have demonstrable experience of the ability to prioritise workloads, and be familiar with various computer software packages.
